Megan Moloughey

Megan is a Los Angeles native, as she was born and raised in Los Angeles. She attended Harvard-Westlake School and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. She and her husband Jeff are parents to daughters Piper (5th Grade) and Kiera (2nd Grade). Megan has served as chair of corporate sponsorship and auction committee member for various festivals. She is proud of the achievements of the Sister Stella Foundation and looks forward to continuing the impactful work it provides to enhance the learning experience and development of the children at SPA.
Megan Moloughney is Vice President of Development for the Los Angeles region of Skanska USA Commercial Development, which delivers customer-focused, highly sustainable office, mixed-use and multi-family properties across the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and development, Megan is responsible for guiding her project teams through the execution of Skanska Commercial Development’s regional strategy. This is not limited to acquisitions, conceptual design, permitting, pre-construction and construction activities, leasing, operations, and disposition. Currently Megan is overseeing the completion of Skanska’s first development project in the greater Los Angeles area, a 50,000+ SF office building in Beverly Hills, as well as entitlements to build a 45,000 SF development in Beverly Hills and entitlements to build a 350K SF Net Zero carbon, creative office development in the Arts District of Los Angeles.
Megan previously worked as the Senior Development Manager for The Ratkovich Company overseeing recapitalization of assets, redevelopment, leasing, as well as entitlements for a 790-unit residential development. Moloughney is an executive board member of the Sister Stella Foundation, a member of the Urban Land Institute providing mentorship to members of the Young Leaders Group and the Women’s Leadership Initiative, and ICSC. She was also selected as one of Connect CRE 2021 Women in Real Estate Awardees and Bisnow’s SoCal Power Women in 2018 and 2022.
