About the event
We invite all 5th and 6th-grade students and their parents to join us for this essential workshop with Dr. Dolly Klock.
As your children enter or approach adolescence, Dr. Klock will guide families through the typical physical and emotional changes of puberty. This presentation covers the changes all bodies experience, including growth, sleep patterns, mood changes, nutrition, hygiene, and reproductive anatomy. Topics include erections, wet dreams, and menstruation.
This workshop provides families with the knowledge and language to navigate these important conversations together.
