David Espinosa

David Espinosa is the Executive Vice President of Distribution Strategy and Business Affairs at Fox Corporation, where he oversees the strategy and negotiation of distribution agreements across cable, satellite and streaming, as well as FOX-affiliated television stations. Espinosa has served in multiple capacities since joining the company in 2006.

Prior to joining Fox, Espinosa spent 10 years of his early career in banking, first at Banco Nacional de Mexico (Banamex) and later at California Commerce Bank (a subsidiary of Citi).

In addition to his participation in the Board of the Sister Stella Foundation, David is a Member of the Saint Paul the Apostle Parish Finance Council and the Executive Sponsor of Fox’s Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA).

Born in Mexico City and raised in Cd. Victoria and Chihuahua, Mexico, David holds a BA in Business Administration from the Insituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. David lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Alma Munoz, and their three children David (7th grade), Mariana (6th) and Mateo (4th) and works diligently to improve his golf game in his spare time.
